    Day 1Arrival → Pinnawala → Dambulla / Sigiriya

    Arrive in Sri Lanka and meet your NKAR representative. Transfer directly towards the cultural triangle region.

    En route, visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, home to abandoned and rescued elephants where you can observe them being fed and bathed in the river.

    Continue and visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site with ancient Buddhist cave paintings and statues dating back over 2,000 years.

    Check in at your hotel and relax surrounded by lush greenery.

    Overnight in Dambulla / Sigiriya

    Day 2Sigiriya → Kandy (via Spice Gardens)

    After breakfast, climb the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, also known as Lion Rock—an ancient royal citadel with frescoes, gardens and panoramic views from the summit.

    Proceed to Kandy, stopping at a traditional Spice & Herbal Garden to learn about Sri Lankan spices and medicinal herbs.

    In Kandy, enjoy city sightseeing including a visit to a Gem Museum showcasing Sri Lanka’s precious stones.

    In the evening, visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic, one of the most spiritually significant Buddhist temples in the world.

    Overnight in Kandy

    Day 3Kandy → Nuwara Eliya

    After breakfast, explore the beautiful Peradeniya Botanical Garden, famous for its orchid collection, palm avenues and tropical vegetation.

    Continue to Nuwara Eliya—Sri Lanka’s tea country. Stop at:

    Hanumanji Temple

    Ramboda Waterfall

    Visit a Tea Factory & Plantation to learn the process of famous Ceylon Tea followed by tasting.

    Arrive in Nuwara Eliya, often known as Little England, and enjoy evening sightseeing around Gregory Lake and colonial streets.

    Overnight in Nuwara Eliya

    Day 4Nuwara Eliya → Ella → Yala

    After breakfast, visit the Sita Amman Temple, a sacred site connected to the Ramayana trail.

    Travel onward toward Ella, visiting:

    Nine Arch Bridge

    Ravana Waterfall

    Continue to Yala and enjoy an exciting Jeep Safari in Yala National Park, home to leopards, elephants, crocodiles, and rich birdlife.

    Check in at hotel and relax.

    Overnight in Yala

    Day 5Yala → Galle → Bentota

    After breakfast, transfer to Bentota. En route, explore the historic Galle Dutch Fort, a UNESCO Heritage site filled with colonial architecture, seaside ramparts and picturesque streets.

    Continue to a Turtle Hatchery to learn about sea turtle conservation, followed by a serene Madu River Boat Safari through mangrove forests, small islands and birdlife.

    Overnight in Bentota

    Day 6Bentota → Colombo

    Enjoy breakfast and optional Water Sports in Bentota such as Jet Ski, Banana boat or Tube ride (at own expense).

    Later proceed to Colombo and enjoy a Colombo City Tour, covering:
