Arrive at Guwahati Airport where you will be warmly welcomed by our representative. Drive to Shillong – known as the ‘Scotland of the East’ for its rolling hills and colonial charm.
En route stop at the stunning Umiam Lake, a vast and serene reservoir surrounded by lush hills – perfect for photography.
Later, arrive in Shillong and check in at the hotel.
Overnight in Shillong.
After breakfast, depart for the dramatic Laitlum Canyons, known for breathtaking gorges, panoramic green cliffs, and tranquil ambience.
Continue to Krang Suri Waterfall, one of Meghalaya’s finest natural gems. Its turquoise pool offers opportunities for swimming and walking behind the curtain of water.
Return to Shillong after lunch.
Overnight in Shillong.
After breakfast, proceed to Mawsynram, recorded as one of the wettest places on earth. Explore the unique caves and rain-formed landscapes.
Later visit Mawphlang Sacred Grove, an ancient forest protected for centuries by local tribes. Nothing is allowed to be taken out—believed to anger the forest spirits.
Proceed to nearby Khasi heritage village, followed by a visit to Elephant Falls, one of Shillong’s iconic cascades.

After breakfast, journey to Mawlynnong Village – awarded the Cleanest Village in Asia. Stroll through its bamboo pathways, experience village life and visit:

Continue to Dawki, located along the India–Bangladesh border. Enjoy a boat ride over the unbelievably clear waters of Umngot River, often described as floating on glass.
Later drive to Cherrapunjee (Sohra) – famous for rainfall, caves, cliffs and waterfalls.

After breakfast, visit Kamakhya Temple, located atop Nilachal Hill and one of India’s most revered Shakti Peeths.
Later transfer to Guwahati Airport for onward journey.
